SPOTIFY PULSE FELLOWSHIP
The Spotify PULSE Fellowship is a 1-year creative development program for Black professionals interested in shifting culture by showcasing Black creativity, innovation and Black excellence. The program is slated for Black creatives with 2-3 years of professional experience and who are alumni of the Multicultural Advertising Intern Program (MAIP), The Marcus Graham Project, The One School, D&AD and BLAC. Spotify PULSE is designed to continue to amplify Black voices in the creative industry. The intention of Spotify PULSE is to create a pipeline for Black creatives to bridge the achievement and pay equity gap. |

Spotify PULSE Virtual Orientation - One day event to immerse Spotify PULSE fellows into the program, understand program requirements and build community.

Monthly, creative and workshop focused sessions designed to provide fellows with the tools and skills needed to excel in their fellowship roles. |

Program Goals:
PREPARE Black creatives interested in shifting culture by showcasing Black creativity, innovation and Black Excellence in the advertising industry through skill building, professional development, portfolio development and mentorship. UNDERSTAND the importance of illustrating the Black experience and advocacy necessary in the advertising industry. LEVERAGE networking opportunities among Black talent and industry leaders to further support and promote new Black creatives advancement within the industry. SUPPORT existing programs like the Marcus Graham Project, MAIP, D&AD, The ONE School and BLAC to continue amplifying the Black voice and talent in the creative industry. EXPAND the Black talent pipeline and bridge the achievement and pay equity gap in the industry. |
