Each year, the 4A’s Foundation and community presents a variety of scholarships and awards to recognize the achievements of diverse students and young professionals. Awards include the MAIP Fellow of the Year, the MAIP Creative Fellow of the Year, the MAIP Agency of the Year and the MAIP Coach of the Year; to name a few. The Barkley Career Launch Grant
Barkley's Career Launch Grant is centered on fueling top multicultural talent into the industry and helping kick start their career with financial support. The purpose of this grant will be to assist graduating seniors with demonstrated financial need with the real-world costs associated with the introduction into post-grad employment. Whether it's a graduate program, a move across the country, or starting on student loans - this grant is designed to make your launch into your career a little bit easier.

Agency Of The Year
The MAIP Agency of the Year Award recognizes an agency that has made significant contributions to the MAIP fellowship and its alumni through its ongoing commitment to learning, development and growth of the community.
Clarence Leroy Holte
The Clarence Leroy Holte MAIP Fellow of the Year Award was established to recognize a MAIP intern who best exemplifies the passion for advertising, leadership, poise and compassion exhibited by the award’s namesake.
Coach Of The Year
The #MAIPCoach of the Year Award honors an individual who has gone above and beyond their responsibilities to provide consistent guidance and outreach to their mentee.
The One Club / MAIP Creative Fellow of the Year
This award represents the unrelenting spirit and drive we are looking for in the next generation of our industry’s creative advertising professionals.
