The MAIP 2024 Application is now closed.
MAIP provides students with the opportunity to work in the advertising, communications and marketing industry, interact with industry professionals on a day-to-day basis, work across multiple brands, and gain valuable professional credentials to get your first job in the industry.
Students selected for the annual 22-week fellowship program (12 weeks of virtual online training, a 10 weeks advertising/marketing internship experience, and 1-week for Face of Talent) will hone their skills in one of the following advertising disciplines.
What Students Should Know
- MAIP is a nationwide fellowship that has been around for over 50 years and our name is pronounced as 'MAY–p.' We have over 4,100 diverse advertising, media, and marketing professionals in our alumni network.
- Fellows intern with partner organizations from all across the country. There is also the possibility for an in-person experience, fellows are flown to their internship organization’s host city for the summer.
- Applicants must be current juniors/seniors in college, enrolled in graduate school, or be enrolled in portfolio school and must identify as: Asian/Asian American, Native Hawaiian or Pacific Islander, Hispanic/Latinx, Black/African American, American Indian or Alaska Native, Multiracial or Multiethnic (e.g. Hispanic and Black).
