Dear Black Talent

​As we look to empower black talent and redefine the future by doing so, we have locked arms with VMLY&R and partners to launch Dear Black Talent, a Black “talent-first” pledge to make advertising agencies the most diverse and inclusive places to work! 

How will it come to life?

​It is a digital destination that will drive discovery about agency life, share inspiration with other black professionals’ journeys, provide educational outlets (e.g., events) and first-to-market job opportunities for Black talent. Once talent has come to the .com they will have the opportunity to sign-up, creating a community for further engagement. 

What will it do?

It will bring new Black talent into the industry, drive consideration for talent that left to come back, and elevate talent that is seeking professional development. For partners, it creates an opportunity to support this crucial movement in the industry and diversify their talent pool.

How can you support it? 

Become a partner in this “talent first” pledge and drive diversity within your agency by gaining access to the Black talent that will be supported.

• 1x agency feature in the quarterly newsletter per year
