The Paragon Award represents the epitome of excellence and top diverse talent within the MAIP community and nominees and winners are a 4A's Foundation or MAIP Alumni with 15+ years of professional advertising/industry experience. Those selected for this award are highly regarded by their peers across the industry for the impact they have made within their agency, company and/or community. They serve as role models for future generations of talent as they've proven that they can conquer any and all challenges presented to them.
