The 4A’s Foundation exists to advocate for and connect diverse talent to the marketing industry. We celebrate a community that fosters a culture of curiosity, creativity and craft to fuel a more equitable future. By investing in and developing them, we believe that possibilities are endless.
Our Mission in Action
Established in 1997, the 4A’s Foundation is committed to identifying, developing, empowering and ensuring the most diverse talent enters and succeeds in the marketing industry. We achieve this through our robust initiatives and programs aimed at discovering and cultivating talent across their educational and professional career journey: Education (High Schools), Dear Black Talent, Multicultural Advertising Intern Program (MAIP) Fellowship and Alumni, Scholarships, Spotify Pulse, and Vanguard.
We have provided over $3.5 million dollars in awards, grants and scholarships to deserving students studying advertising, marketing, media, creative arts and public relations. The MAIP Alumni Association of over 4,400+ professionals is the largest diverse community in the industry. Our High School initiatives have prepared more than 1,000 diverse high school students for careers in Marketing.
The 4A’s and 4A’s Foundation condemn the recent attacks and hate crimes leveled against the Asian-American and Pacific Islander communities. Being anti-racist means standing up
against all forms of racism and bigotry. We remain united in the continued fight
for equity, inclusion and belonging for all.
