Looking to shake up the Advertising/Marketing industry? We’re looking for trailblazers like YOU!
The 4A’s Foundation’s Multicultural Advertising Intern Program is a highly intensive fellowship that provides diverse students with the opportunity to work in the advertising, communications and marketing industries. MAIP fellows interact with industry professionals on a day-to-day basis, work across multiple brands, and gain valuable professional credentials to secure their first job in the industry. Students selected for the annual 22-week fellowship program (11 weeks of virtual online training, a 10-week internship experience, and 1-week for Face of Talent) will hone their skills in a variety of advertising/marketing disciplines.
MAIP fellows gain access to over 100 partner organizations and build a large network before kicking off their full-time career.
