Face of Talent 

​2023 marked the Multicultural Advertising Intern Program’s 50th anniversary! 
​
In honor of this pivotal milestone, the Face of Talent was a combination of in-person & virtual events celebrating the 2023 MAIP cohort culminating with the Society of Excellence award show. 

Events included the Diversity Career Fair, the MAIP Greenhouse (creative career fair), and MAIPCon, a conference dedicated to bringing together diverse talent and industry thought leaders for educational presentations and workshops. MAIPcon consisted of virtual elements, such as panels, mainstage discussions, and a series of specialized workshops on 7/31, followed by an in-person luncheon for the MAIP fellows on 8/2. 

On the evening of 8/3, we shifted over to the Society of Excellence event to induct, recognize and celebrate MAIP alumni professionals as they are initiated into an elite community committed to talent, diversity, and excellence. We honored our upcoming MAIPers to Watch, celebrated our Paragon Award recipient, and recognized organizations dedicated to diversity & inclusion. Attendees were able to network with MAIP Alumni and partnering organizations.

All proceeds from the Face of Talent and the Society of Excellence will benefit the 4A’s Foundation and allow us to continue to program content and provide opportunities for the MAIP Alumni, MAIP Fellows, and our High Schools. Ensuring that we find, retain, and grow the next generation of diverse leaders.
