MAIP Summit 2020
MAIP Summit, which will be held on February 23-24, is the 4A’s Foundation’s response to the MAIP Alumni community’s desire for a customized, interactive learning and development experience for every level of professional. Its purpose is to provide alumni a forum to learn from senior thought- leaders about innovative and best practices. This annual conference is instrumental in advancing participants’ professional development and strengthens their network by engaging with the MAIP alumni community.
MAIP Summit is comprised of panels, mainstage discussions and a series of specialized workshops. By the end of the conference, attendees will have acquired an enhanced professional skill set via curriculum tracks examining topics such as leadership, mental health & wellness, negotiation skills and much more! Alumni are able to choose their preferred workshop sessions, allowing them to acquire both the hard and transferable skills necessary to thrive in their careers.

The Advertising and Media world is changing drastically due to massive technological advances coupled with one of the largest generations set to enter and make an impact in the workforce. Yet, the needle has only moved slightly with respect to our industry fostering the next generation of leaders who truly represent our society and the multicultural markets that we serve.
Challenges still exist within the industry for our community, it’s time for us to face those challenges and talk about them openly. We’re going to work to answer the unanswered questions and try to avoid the blind spots. By sharpening the blurry lines we will achieve 20:20 vision in 2020 and beyond. Together we can build a pathway to success for our community and all those that are like us. Let’s see the full picture.
