Note: Submit your interest early, to facilitate a better fellow matching experience |
Better Matching: Within our selection technology platform, Hosts and Fellows will have a mutual “match” opportunity to better align talent with hosts’ needs. Hosts will continue to have the opportunity to review the full breadth of MAIP candidate applications. Simplified Selection and Offer Extension: Hosts will be notified within 24 hours whether their Fellow has accepted their offer |

Programming & Skills Training:
The Face of Talent: Hosts can join a week-long series of celebration and networking events tailored for the current MAIP fellow cohort.
- MAIP Virtual Spring Training: Hosts can provide training on industry disciplines and nuances designed to prepare fellows for the industry. All trainings are self-paced learning opportunities.
- MAIP Labs: Hosts can lead a session during MAIP to provide specific development to MAIP fellows. The 4A’s Foundation team will work with you on this content.
The Face of Talent: Hosts can join a week-long series of celebration and networking events tailored for the current MAIP fellow cohort.
- MAIP Career Fair: The career fair allows partners to meet and connect with MAIP
- Fellows virtually, with the ability to schedule 1:1 interviews with as many Fellows as possible.
- MAIP Greenhouse: The Greenhouse is an online portfolio review catered toward fostering the relationship between creative recruiters and MAIP fellows interested in creative disciplines.
- MAIPCon: MAIPCon is a virtual conference designed for 4A’s Foundation partners to share thought leadership, industry trends and recruitment resources to the current class of MAIP Fellows.
- Talent E-Book: The talent e-book is a digital repository of current MAIP fellow information for partners to reference when recruiting entry level talent. The talent e-book includes MAIP Fellow resumes, LinkedIn profiles, a job pitch, a personal statement and a portfolio of their experience. The talent e-book can be used as a recruitment tool for open opportunities within your organization.
