The Face of Talent MAIPCon is a 2-day professional development conference specifically catered to our MAIP 2022 Fellows. Its purpose is to provide fellows a forum to learn from senior thought-leaders about innovative and best practices within the advertising and marketing industry. 
​
MAIPCon will consist of panels, mainstage discussions and a series of specialized workshops. By the end of the conference, attendees will have acquired an enhanced professional skill set by attending various sessions such as leadership, mental health & wellness, negotiation skills and much more! Fellows are able to choose their preferred workshop sessions, allowing them to acquire skills necessary to thrive in their careers.
