The Face of Talent will be 100% virtual this year, due to COVID-19. The week-long series of events includes the Diversity Career Fair, MAIP Greenhouse portfolio review and MAIPCon.
MAIPCon | August 8 & 9, 2022
MAIPCon is a 2-day professional development conference specifically catered to our MAIP fellows. Its purpose is to provide fellows a forum to learn from senior thought-leaders about innovative and best practices within the advertising, marketing and communications industry.
MAIPCon consists of panels, mainstage discussions and a series of specialized workshops. By the end of the conference, attendees will have enhanced their professional skillset by attending various sessions on leadership, mental health & wellness, negotiation skills and much more. Fellows are able to choose their preferred workshop sessions, allowing them to curate their own experience and acquire the skills necessary to thrive in their careers.
