Founder, CCO at FL&G, Vann Graves has been in the advertising industry for over 20 years and is passionate about his craft. He holds a BBA from Howard University, a MS from the Pratt Institute and ALM from Harvard University. His love for the trade also compelled him to establish an endowed scholarship for students interested in a career in advertising.

Vann began his career at BBDO where he worked for 15 years, creating global advertising for brands such as GE and Visa, as well as U.S. work for AT&T, Gillette, M&Ms, Motorola and Snickers. He then transitioned to UniWorld Group, where he held the role of Chief Creative Officer, overseeing the agency's work for clients such as 3 Musketeers, Ford Motor Company, Home Depot, Time Warner Cable and U.S. Marine Corps. As an EVP, Executive Creative Director at McCann New York for seven years, Vann was a major contributor to the agency's key accounts, including MasterCard, U.S. Army, American Airlines, Lockheed Martin and Cigna.

While Vann loves the career path he’s chosen, he loves his wife Autumn even more (though she would argue differently based on the many late nights he spends at the office). As proof that these late nights weren’t for naught, however, Vann’s work has earned numerous creative honors.
