Kimberly Noel



Kim is a bit of a strategy unicorn. She has the training and rigor of traditional brand strategy, coupled with deep experience in communications planning. Her approach to strategy blends insights on culture, media and communications architecture, with the rigor of data and analytics. As a strategy director, she helps brands not only figure out who they are, but how they can connect with their people.
Prior to her role at W&W, Kim’s career has included in-house roles at Fuse/MSG Media where she was the Director of Marketing and Time Magazine in the Communications group. She has also held strategy roles at big traditional agencies like BBH and digital agencies like Deep Focus.  
Kim is Brooklyn bred, a lover of entertainment, pop-culture and a secret nerd.
