Under Christine’s leadership, Colle+McVoy has experienced more than ten years of consecutive growth by leveraging the power of creativity to drive business for a number of brands, including Associated Bank, August Schell Brewing Company, CHS, Cub Cadet, DuPont, Elanco, Explore Minnesota Tourism, General Mills, Grain Belt, The Hershey Company, Invisalign, Recreational Boating & Fishing Foundation, Target and USA Swimming, among others. The agency has also earned acclaim for its work from the Effie Awards, Webby Awards, PRSA Silver Anvil Awards, The One Show, FWA, OMMA and Cannes Lions.

Prior to Colle+McVoy, Christine founded and was general manager of KidCom Worldwide, the youth marketing division within Campbell Mithun, now McCann. She was also director of account management at DDB Worldwide affiliate Milici Valenti Ng Pack (MVNP) in Honolulu.

Christine is a sought-after speaker and resource for national media, including The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, the Huffington Post, Advertising Age, Bloomberg and NPR. Among the topics she is most passionate about are business and brand transformation, nurturing corporate culture, workforce diversity, and helping women achieve their ambitions.
